Stage One is the receipt of baled Post Consumer Plastic Waste, which is washed and flaked, Stage Two the Washed & Flaked Plastic Waste is mixed and blended with the proprietary formulated additives, Stage Three is the Conversion of formulated mix into RENOVAR™ Pellets, Stage Four the RENOVAR™ pellets are Super Sacked for Distribution to the manufacturing line, Stage Five is the Extrusion of RENOVAR™ Pellets to a charge via the extruder, Stage Six is the charged RENOVAR™ formula, Stage Seven involves transferring the RENOVAR™ Charge to Tile Mould, Stage Eight involves the removal of the tile to the Tile Conveyor, Stage Nine involves Tile Packaging, Stage Ten is the last element which is the Tile Installation.
