Post consumer polyolefin plastic waste is delivered to a bale wash recycle facility where the bale is broken and placed through a magnetic tumbler to remove metal contaminants. 

The recycled material is then crushed and de-labeled prior to decontamination and washing. Once washed and cleaned the material is dried and separated into material types, colour and then flaked ready for conversion into RENOVAR™ pellets.
